REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

Due to the hand crafted and small batch nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are allergic to certain ingredients contained in our products, irritation may occur. We do not offer international shipping as of yet. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process & ship to you. We will email you a tracking number to the email address you provide us. Please verify your address information is correct before you check out, We are not responsible for an incident you put the wrong address and your order is sent to the wrong address. If you notice you have entered the wrong address please notify us right away there is a 2-3 day window after you place your order to notify us via email before your order ships.
